We really loved our stay in Amaris Darmo, the location is very good and easy to reach anywhere in Surabaya. It is in the quite neighborhood but easy to find nearby restaurants or warung even until midnight. Breakfast is super and bed is also comfy. For the price we paid, we got more , totally worth it.

The staffs were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast were very nice. Love the location, located in the center of Surabaya, but the streets in front the hotel were not to busy, so it's still comfortable enough.

The best part is the central location. Staff was super helpful and courteous, they even helped us in booking local taxis. Zahudi at the front desk was exceptionally efficient.

Spacious room, and the wonderful room view. Free water refills at the lobby. Breakfast also had plenty of options: bubur ayam, nasi goreng, mie goreng, tumis sayur, ayam kecap, soto daging, pecel, omelette (freshly cooked), roti (can be toasted), fruit and pudding, coffee and tea.

Great location. Room is clean and comfortably spacious to put luggage and move around. Breakfast is good. Bottle water is provided. No electric kettle in the room but water dispenser is on every level in case you need hot water.
